Bill has a remarkable background as a marketing leader, business strategist and chief executive in a range of markets both domestically and internationally. He has worked extensively in service businesses, consumer products, and technology companies in marketing, innovation and strategic planning.

After business school at BYU, Bill learned brand management at Procter & Gamble, working under P&G's former CEO and innovation guru A.G. Lafley. He spent nearly a decade at PepsiCo, both as a domestic and international marketing executive, and as a general manager running a $500M business. He also served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Innovation at Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden) and as Chief Executive Officer for YSource, an early social media concept, and also ClearPlay, a consumer electronics company.

Brad has a passion for innovation, both in theory and practice. He is the author of What's the Point: Finding Your BrandPoint and has personally led the devleopment of many successful new products found on shelves today. He is equally enthusiastic about helping companies develop their innovation capabilities through speaking, seminars, and SagePoint's interactive innovation events.

Brad spent much of his career at PepsiCo, where he started at Pizza Hut, and eventually was asked to oversee New Concept Development at Frito-Lay. He was a founder and President of Ysource, an early social networking concept. Brad has been a consultant for Euro RSCG and Wirthlin Worldwide (now part of Harris Interactive), working on accounts as varied as Blackberry, Kodak, Corning, Saturn, Intel and Tropicana. He currently serves on the faculty of The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University teaching Advanced Brand Strategy to MBA students.

One of the nation’s leading experts in strategic innovation. Jon has a strong balance of strategic marketing and leadership experience in Fortune 500 and start-up companies with packaged goods and retail brands in both client and agency environments.

After business school, Jon spent his first five years in marketing at PepsiCo's Pizza Hut and Frito-Lay Divisions, where he managed multiple brands with revenues exceeding more than $3 billion. Following his brand leadership roles, he headed up the Frito-Lay Innovation Group leading the company into the snack cake and portable snack segments and introducing products such as Baked Tostitos® Multi-Grain Sunchips®. He later served as CMO for Fazoli's Restaurants, President of Media Management, and Principal of Razor Competitive Edge (Ad Age #1 Fastest Growing Marketing Services Agency; Entrepreneur Magazine's "Top 10" Hot 100 Growth companies). He holds an MBA from The University of Texas' McCombs School of Business, where he graduated with honors.
